Debt records, reminders, invoices, customer balances, payment requests, and financial information stored on Selpo are created by users.

Selpo does not independently verify the accuracy of debt records and does not guarantee repayment, recovery, enforceability, or legal validity of any debt.

5. Payments

Selpo may integrate with third-party payment providers to facilitate payments. Payment processing is subject to the terms and policies of those providers.

Selpo is not responsible for delays, failed transfers, banking errors, network outages, chargebacks, or disputes arising from third-party payment services.

6. Public Links

Selpo may provide public payment pages, statement pages, invoices, customer links, and shareable debt records.

Users are responsible for any information they choose to share publicly.

7. Account Security

Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials, PINs, devices, and account access.

Activities performed through your account may be treated as authorized by you.

11. Changes to Terms
